Analyzing the behavior of my employees and our customers who visited our store I could come up with what we thought would be the best rootage to keep our customers satisfied and their business. In my current level of management the decision making I deal with varies from dealing with intersection point issues, new product, and finding a permanent event to all pass off issues we produce in different areas of the store.

Finding a permanent final result to recurring issues was something that I struggled with in the ancestor because I didnt have experience with it and didnt sleep with where to begin. After several conversations with more than seasoned managers I was competent to begin to figure extinct the best way to acquire the issue and could come up with a solution and deal ! with the root cause to the problem. Although my solution ended up not being permanent in the beginning, I could make sharp changes to it as different issues came up that made the solution better in the end, and I was at last adequate to make that solution permanent.
